As part of a Blue Ocean Matrix assignment, my team and I created Errandly, a personalized and eco-conscious errand-running app designed to fill an unmet need in the convenience economy. Rather than competing in the crowded food and grocery delivery space, Errandly introduces a new market category by offering customizable, multi-task errand services. We used the Blue Ocean Matrix to eliminate unreliable timing and low-quality product selection, reduce service limitations, raise standards for communication and product quality, and create new features like time-slot booking, task bundling, and real-time shopper interaction. The result: a stress-free, user-first platform for everyday errands.
