For another academic project, our team developed SunLock, a dual-purpose SPF and setting spray designed to seamlessly protect and refresh your skin throughout the day. This business proposal combines skincare and beauty innovation, addressing the need for convenient sun protection without disrupting makeup. By identifying a gap in the market, we positioned SunLock using strategic differentiation, ensuring it stands out as a must-have product for on-the-go sun care.

About the Project

For this academic project, our team selected Spotify and developed a strategic presentation on how to specifically engage University of Miami students and encourage them to start using the platform. By analyzing student preferences, campus culture, and listening habits, we crafted targeted marketing actions using framing effects and heuristics to make Spotify more appealing to the UM undergraduate community. Our approach focused on personalized experiences, exclusive student promotions, and campus integration to enhance engagement and brand loyalty.
